....I bet $100 on Vladimir to beat Andrei at odds of (-215) over at BoDog (a first round TKO win for the often underrated Arlovski).

Similar to my downfall (and as you might have feared), Randy beat Tito through a unanimous points decision after five rounds btw (and very deservingly too, according to the folk over at Sherdog's forums with Couture easily winning all five rounds with a hilarious fifth round.).

Hope you made some money from UFC 44 (I know I bloody well didn't).

Looking back, I believe Tito threw this fight. He has always complained about the little money UFC fighters earn. With all of the ability Tito has, he should never have been dominated in that fashion by Couture. I will never touch UFC again.

By the way, although I did think Tito would win against Couture, I didn't care to risk anything on this match. The reason is because, unlike boxing, there are just so many ways that a fighter can be taken out in this competition. Opportunities frequently present themselves even for the underdogs.

Couture dominated him and made him look like an amateur. It wasn't competitive at all. It shows the difference between a world class wrestler and just a "good" wrestler. Tito THRIVED on overpowering guys who were usually smaller than him. This time he fought someone stronger than him who was a better wrestler and he had no answer. If they would have had anyone "throw" this bout it would have been Couture, not Tito. Tito is the poster boy not Randy.

looked like domination to me...i just saw it....to strong....to much wrestling background......tito`s invincible aura was shattered.....to many t.v. appearances....movie deals....b.s.....but,didn`t look like that mattered.... ken shamrock will never beat ortiz.....ortiz will never beat couture...

unless couture hits the wall(he`s 41 for god`s sake),ortiz will never beat him....

Anyone who thinks Ortiz "threw" the fight (risking movie deals, acting, prize purses, popularity, etc.) knows absolutely NOTHING about fighting and should NEVER pick up a wagering ticket in that area.

Consider this a hint. Stick to what you know.

You can get caught up in Tito's hype about how bad he is, and yet, the man gets beat when he fights the best. And that's what happend. I loved it when Randy spanked his bottom... what a disgrace. Tito almost started to cry. He looked pathetic. Tito tries to avoid tough fights. Hey boxing freak, I can see what you mean my him throwing the fight, but what I think he did was give up after the first round and a half. If it's not going his way, Tito's a quitter, just like Tyson.
